I like Carter’s, but store in Fairview mall has to do a better job at training people with all this COVID stuff. A father was trying to calm down a child and his mask went down a bit and his nose got exposed. The lady who worked there started screaming from across the store telling him to cover his nose. He wasn’t listening to her because he was focused on the kid. His mouth was never uncovered. I know people are getting paranoid, but this is a kids store and sometimes kids do cry. I have a little one so I felt bad for the guy. Very rude behaviour. I took it to myself and told the lady she was being rude and asked her name. She refused to tell her name. I asked for the manager. The manager, Alena, was very polite, but of no help. She also refused to tell the lady’s name and said she was right. I left all my stuff that I was going to buy there and went to a different store. I’m not going back to this Carter’s anymore. Very disappointed with the staff there.

Buying over 600$ and no rewards or gifts card or nothing, this place only for one time buying

The clothes are by far the best quality of children’s clothes for the price. You can find cute but affordable clothing that you can wash time and time again and still remains like new. The fabric is also nice, my daughter is on the spectrum and we buy majority of her clothes here or roots.

I love this store. I have 2 boys and its great. But the only thing is that the people that work there are not helpful. I was spending good money on a snow suite and didnt receive any help or even a hello. Maybe its me and the fact that i am not french.

Nisrine renders excellent customer service professional and compassionate. As a senior I am extremely grateful.

Lots of selection. It some really great outfits for my granddaughter.
