Lincoln Public Library - Fleming Branch

I believe this is a blatantly disrespectful library. Constantly I am targeted because of my age. An example is such as.. kids in my age group will do disrespectful things and because those young boys will come up to us and cause trouble, and we are fully disrespected and people use rude tones towards us and get kicked out. Certain workers are very respectful and honest such as the woman with the curly haired bun on her hair but i notice sometimes other workers such as the gray haired bob cut lady with glasses will cross her arms and talk rudely to us when honestly, we do nothing but talk in the library. I understand if we get a warning for being loud, and i deeply apologize for that. but it does not excuse the fact that they blantantly target the early teenage age group because certain, might i say LOSERS, will do disrespectful stuff. it is a beautiful library with a very nice book collection, but honestly if you are a teenager I wouldn't even visit here. it isn't worth the blatant disrespect you get from being in a early teenage age group.

The library is well maintained with a great selection of books and movies. The best part however are the librarians! They're so friendly, helpful and always have the best recommendations. I love that I can turn to them if I need something good to read. They also seem to have great programming but I've personally never attended one of the library events.

Friendly and helpful staff. Books are organized well and plenty of seating area for reading.

Very helpful staff with scanning and use of computer. At present all returns go into drop box for isolation for multiply days before they are checked in and avaliable again on shelfs which makes things a bit longer HOWEVER at least they are open which was not the case 6 months ago.

These hours are rediculous. Why are you closed to 1pm on Fridays? There is a lot of staff and no one comes to the counter when you go there. They pretend they don't see you until someone finally gets up - begrudgingly.

The best part of this very nice library is the people who work there. Patient, friendly and helpful.

Staff is always friendly and helpful, but the book inventory/selection is lacking. Centrally located with decent hours.

Love the library and all their fun crafts and programs. Greatful to have this in our community.

The place is good but I miss a better children’s place with more attractive items.

Great library for young and old.
