In our open 12 bed facility and private massage rooms we offer a range of modalities as well as acupuncture and intramuscular stimulation (dry needling). I have been coming to this clinic for years and cannot say enough good things about Richard and his team. They have always been compassionate, attentive to my concerns and have me back and running in no time. The atmosphere is fun and inviting and I am always given great strategies on how to maintain my strength and mobility. I would never consider going anywhere else and would highly recommend.
Several years and several problems later, this is the place I receive the best care. While I wait for a hip replacement, I feel empathy and I feel listened to during treatments with Richard. When I am having a particularly painful day, I feel taken care of. Richard takes the time to explain why pain presents in different areas. The front desk staff are wonderful and welcoming. The assistants are friendly and attentive. This office is casual and playful and a good fit for me.
Sarah Erickson is an amazing Physiotherapist! She was extremely welcoming, understanding, knowledgeable and kind. She was honest about what was needed and what was not, and how to move forward in a way that I was comfortable with. She provided rehabilitation and maintenance suggestions once active treatment was complete. I highly recommend seeing her for any and all physiotherapy needs!
We have been coming to this physio location for over 15 years, way before Lifemark purchased the business. We have been fortunate enough to see almost every physiotherapist over the years and we have always been so very happy. I’m currently seeing Frankie for a knee replacement rehab. Frankie is considerate, understanding, and was empathetic to my situation. He’s been doing this for years so I know I’m in the professional’s hands. The support staff are wonderful, always a smile and very friendly. I wouldn’t trust my rehab to any other physiotherapist office.
Sarah Erickson is the best PT, I’ve ever gone to. She’s very warm, welcoming and extremely helpful with whatever you may need from physio. The exercises and stretches, that she showed me were extremely helpful in my road to recovery. I highly recommend Sarah, if ever you’re looking for a physio therapist.
Lifemark on 130th is the best physiotherapy clinic! Staff are attentive, supporting, and so much fun. Not only are the extremely knowledgeable, but the fun and friendly atmosphere make coming for treatment a treat. If you want a clinic that not only supports your recovery but you enjoy attending, this is the place for you!
I get great treatments from Richard and Frankie and the support staff are all great and friendly. I recommend either of these gentlemen for IMS and dry needling, they have been working on my elbow tendonitis and have had work on knots in my traps. It's a good environment and they keep it light and the staff and patients are usually laughing while going through the short term pain for long term gain.
I started coming here after an operation on my foot and ankle and soft Frankie who put me through the paces. I've done about eight sessions now and things are remarkably better compared to the beginning, but I do know we have a long way to go yet. But it's nice to see it working. Appointment times have always been on time. They listen to you here as well which is a good thing.
What a great experience and care with Frankie Grzenda. He goes beyond my expectations. The care he provide is SUPERB! He is knowledgeable, professional indeed, genuine in his word and gesture. He gave QUALITY thorough care not just heating pad and "laser' from heating pad to tense machine, I am truly satisfied. He nailed my lower back pain. I am elated that I went to this clinic and got an excellent care with new found Physiotherapist. I am confident to refer him to my friends which I did already and she will make an appointment with him. The atmosphere is friendly. People here are cheerful, warm, and accommodating from reception to the staff who assist the physiotherapist. Cheers to your satisfying service!...and keep it up!
At this clinic, not only is the treatment exceptional but all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Personally, I have been seeing Richard for almost two years and I could not be happier. I compete quite competitively within my sport and whenever I get injured, Richard has always been able to help me. His treatment is phenomenal and it is undeniably evident that he truly cares about his patients and their recovery. He has gone above and beyond when I have asked for assistance and not once have I ever been displeased with the care I have received. I would highly recommend going to this clinic.
