What a super place! I ended up with a WCB claim from my job at Homesense and Lifemark physios were right on task with me. Clean, quiet and with good workout gear. I had a good experience with Lifemark Physiotherapy. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and were very supportive with my recovery. Robin is an excellent Physiotherapist and thanks to his dedication and hard work I have completely recovered from my shoulder injury and surgery. I highly recommend Lifemark Physiotherapy!
I've been seeing Rene Toxopeus for a workplace injury since October of 2020. She has been instrumental in my recovery by helping to identify issues with strength and mobility and working to relieve tension and pain. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional in every way. In addition, the support staff is great. Everyone is extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have never been greeted with anything but smiles. I have visited other physiotherapy clinics, including other lifemark clinics, and this one stands out above the rest. I am fortunate to call this MY physio clinic.
Renee Toxopeus helped me so much. I pulled my hamstring in mid-January and got an appointment for an hour after it happened amazing! with Renee. She was focused, professional, and helpful; her combinations of heat, massage, dry needling surprisingly effective! and electrical stimulation really helped with the pain and sped up the healing; she gave me easy-to-follow instructions for home - which actually worked - and had me back up on a snowboard very quickly. Highly recommended!
I definitely recommend, Lifemark Physiotherapy Heritage Hill, Calgary. In my experience, Heritage Hill Lifemark is the best Lifemark physiotherapy clinic in Calgary. This clinic has mastered serving their clients' best interest as a solid team with each individual contributing their best and unique skills. This begins from initial phone contact with front desk staff and first welcoming visit through the duration of therapy where consistently professional, compassionate, supportive, highly skilled and dedicated staff with multifaceted therapy modalities are maintained. I've made impressive progress with mobility, healing and help with pain management during the process  due to broken patella and torn rotator cuff. Sincere gratitude to everyone! Special Thanks to office manager, Johanna for invaluable help in the beginning and to Renee Toxopeus for your integrity and commitment to helping me heal and resume normal life ... and be able to go for walks with Pascha again!
Prior to my physio sessions with Renee at Lifemark, I had very stiff hips with chronic pain, which I've had as long as I can remember. The results I got during my sessions were astonishing. My range of motion and strength saw immediate improvements. All the staff working there are an absolute delight and very knowledgeable. Shout out to Kim for the great massages! Thanks! Looking forward to my next injury!
My experience at Heritage Hill was amazing! Stephen was incredible and provided great treatment - his customer service is top notch. Tamara also provided excellent treatment. Would highly recommend this clinic!
I contacted Lifemark Heritage Hill following ultra sound and x ray on both shoulders. My doctor informed me that I had extensive damage and recommended seeking physio. I have been very pleased with previous treatments at this clinic and made contact immediately. Luckily in spite of the current pandemic I was able to secure an assessment appointment with Rama Swami. She convinced me that treatment would both help and improve my condition. In spite of the fact that my sessions can only be virtual at this time, through her coaching and online exercises I have experienced much improvement. Her manner is friendly, professional and encouraging and we enjoy a laugh together. I am very grateful for her help and appreciate how difficult her job must be at this time.
This is one of my favourite clinics to go to! I have seen Melissa, Kat and Amber for multiple injuries and they all have been amazing! They are knowledgeable, kind and care for their clients. The front desk ladies are always great to see first thing aswell, they always greet you with a smile and they are very helpful with any questions and bookings.
