They are awesome if you have anxiety or just need a positive relationship behind physiotherapy! I started physiotherapy reluctantly after a car accident. I have some extreme anxiety problems along with other mental health issues that prevent me from seeking out help. Luckily my physiotherapist was Blake and he did everything in his power to accommodate my anxiety and mental health I would suggest to anybody with anxiety to go here as everybody is open and understanding! Not only was Blake super understanding about my mental health but he actually made me look forward to going in for my appointments. If I ever need to go back this is the place I would choose to go. Thank you Blake and the Lifemark team!
I visited lifemark with issues of vertigo and met with Sheri, she is highly experienced and professional in dealing with vertigo. She was also very patient and kind. She went above and beyond
Jim gets all the stars. He's been my massage therapist for over a year following a MVC. I lucked out when I was assigned to him, he is professional, knowledgable and keeps up with learning and trying new techniques. I have the utmost confidence in his ability, I am 100% comfortable with him and I HIGHLY recommend him. Before treatment, Jim asks how everything is and actually listens to my response …then bases the day's massage on what I need. Because of my injuries I will be going there for quite some time still and I am happy that Jim will be there for me. He is also a kind person and I enjoy our chats immensely. I can only leave one review, so I am adding to this one. Sheri also gets all the stars. She has been my physiotherapist throughout my MVC ordeal. The treatments have improved my condition, and I know I would not be this far in recovery without her. Sheri's experience, technique, knowledge and friendly demeanour add to the reasons I will remain a loyal client there. She listens to my concerns, and I always feel better when I leave. My treatments are more spaced out than they used to be, and I only see Sheri when things seize up or the pain lasts too long, but I always know I can rely on her and that she will help me whenever I visit her. By being friendly, helpful, and professional, everyone who works there contributes to a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
Sandra is an amazing therapist, knowledgeable and an expert in her field - she has helped me recover from a couple of injuries sustained. Thank you Sandra!
This is my second time receiving Physio at the Quarry Park location. All staff is friendly and very knowledgable definitely learned a thing or two about myself. I recommend this location to everybody in need of rehabilitation. Thank you to all keep up the great work.
Everyone here is amazing! Been coming here off and on since 2019 following a car accident. Sherri was my last physiotherapist and was so helpful & understanding. I had Melanie as my last massage therapist who was fantastic. Today I switched over to Melissa and she worked magic! Everyone here is so kind and easy to talk to : thank you for all that you do!
Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. I got rear ended twice within a month and a half period and Olga has been my Physiotherapist. She has helped my neck and back feel better with each time I visit. I have learned how to properly stretch and strengthen the muscles around my injuries on my own so I can have the best results and to try to dissipate my headaches as much as possible. Jim is my massage therapist and I couldn't be more happier with how he has helped me through this. The information and feedback he gives me while massaging certain areas is very much appreciated. His strength is incomparable to any massage therapist I have had. I am super grateful for his compassion, kindness and massage skills!
Highly recommend! I was in an MVA, and because I felt my injuries were slowly healing on its own, I made the mistake of waiting for treatment. After several months, it healed to a point, but many injuries still remained: I had tightness and tenderness in my shoulder, neck, and chronic headaches and dizziness from whiplash. I also had significant pain in arm/chest for months. At one point, I had figured that I would never feel "the same" as before my accident again. Each week, Olga would take care in treating the symptoms of the whiplash, and things got better and better each week. She did a variety of different treatments, and tweaked the treatment based on what was working. She also recommended stretches to do in between sessions on a daily basis, and was very thorough with explanations. I am certain that I would not have recovered as much as I have without her expertise. No more headaches or dizziness. On two weeks that Olga was off, Mihai stepped in and worked on the pain in my arm/chest. Recall that I mentioned this was significant pain that I had for months after the accident. In the first week, he performed electric needling in the area and within 2 days, it was already feeling better. After the second session in the next week, I can say it was already 90% recovered. It was astonishing. I'm not saying that it's a miracle cure for everything - what I'm praising is his skill in assessing and identifying a treatment that worked wonders for my situation. I wish I had started all of this way sooner. I hope that anyone reading this that had reservations or was thinking of "waiting to heal on its own" will learn from my mistakes. Do yourself a favor and get physio - whether it be from this place or somewhere else. That said, I recommend this Quarry Park location because the staff were very professional, friendly, and I felt that I got the best treatment this city could offer.
I’ve been coming here for years. For pelvic floor physio which was very helpful, Olga was professional and very knowledgeable. I see Sherry often for hip and SI issues, she’s a magician I swear. I have many issues with hyper mobility, arthritis etc. She always is able to help and fix what’s going on. The massage team is also fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about all the staff here.
I would highly recommend Quarry Park Lifemark Physiotherapy. It was a positive experience, and I found Sheri, my physiotherapist, extremely helpful with options and advice for me when I do start Golfing again after my knee replacement.
