I gave myself the gift of a Lifetime Ajax membership when I retired three years ago — and it’s truly the best gift I’ve ever given myself. I’ve met good friends, become part of an inspiring community shout out to Arora lead Diane Eidt, and have improved my health and wellbeing. The staff are great, club is kept clean and managed well.nI also recently worked with personal trainer Michael Mastrogiacomo and had a fantastic experience. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and fun to work with. I really appreciated how he explained the why behind each exercise and emphasized proper form to prevent injury. When I struggled with a couple of moves, he offered thoughtful modifications — never making me feel awkward, just helping me find what worked best for me. I now have some good routines I will use to continue building my strength while also continuing to enjoy the many great classes offered at Lifetime.

My wife and I have been members of this club for a while now, and we enrolled to this club for childcare for our 5 year old son. We had a few questions about our membership, and when we visited the front desk for guidance, we had a disappointing experience with a staff member named Mercedes. Unlike the rest of the front desk staff, who have always been courteous, Mercedes was rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to assist. Her tone quickly became irritated when we asked follow-up questions. The way she addressed us felt more like she was speaking to children than to members. This interaction was uncomfortable and left a negative impression. I believe she would benefit with some customer service training…nnAdditionally, given the substantial revenue Lifetime generates, it’s surprising that there are only three massage chairs available. The wait times are consistently long, and I haven’t even had a chance to try one.nnThe men’s change room also tends to feel overcrowded, often with kids running around—at times, it feels more chaotic than relaxing. That said, I want to acknowledge the hard-working caretakers in the change room. They do a fantastic job maintaining cleanliness.nnConsidering the monthly fees we pay for our membership, it's hard not to feel that it's overpriced. To make matters worse, a friend of mine who recently joined was charged excessively for both the outdoor pool and the membership—especially during the summer season. It’s disappointing to see new members being taken advantage of this way.

This gym is okay. I pay around 380 dollars a month for myself and two daughters 7&9. My girls aren’t overweight or anything however, they see how into fitness I am and want to make fitness apart of their lifestyle. Each time my daughter has tried to work out with me light hand weights, core exercise on the yoga mat and walking on the treadmill staff has told my daughter she cannot workout. My children don’t need daycare lol , they want to workout and be healthy/active.nnWe also paid for the outdoor beach club access I think 300 or 350 i can’t remember and honestly it’s not all that… the pool is pretty shallow and it’s really not worth all the hype once you get in there.nnIn addition to get a personal trainer can cost you an additional 1000 plus a month.nnI will be canceling my membership because it’s really not worth it. The hours are kind of trash too compared to other gyms . Plus front desk staff seem to always have a stick up their butt.nnI’m happy to be saving pretty much 400 a month and join a gym for less money but has quality staff and more convenient hours.

I’ve been training with Antonio Larosa at Life Time Fitness, and I can honestly say he’s one of the best trainers out there. He takes the time to understand my goals, explains everything clearly, and pushes me just enough to keep progressing without ever feeling overwhelmed. Every session feels tailored to me, and I’ve seen real improvements in both strength and overall fitness since starting with him.nnOn top of that, the Life Time Fitness facility itself is amazing — clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great workout. It’s the perfect environment to train in and stay motivated.nnAntonio is professional, motivating, and genuinely cares about his clients’ success. If you’re looking for a trainer who will hold you accountable, challenge you, and make workouts something you actually look forward to, I highly recommend him and Life Time Fitness!

I had brought a guest to the gym today to check out the gym, what I didn’t expect was to be insulted by the staff working there. Colten and Paige Working the front desk were very rude to me and my friend regarding and incident I’ve never felt more embarrassed, and I will never recommend this gym to anybody. I honestly felt racially attacked. Do not consider getting a membership here
