I’ve been at the facility for almost 2.5 years , it’s been about a year since I started doing the Alpha Classes provided . At first they looked very intimidating, but Jamie and Stephanie made the experience wonderful.nnRecently I’ve gained the confidence to do workouts on my own. I have been doing Jamie’s glute program and have seen amazing results !nnJamie is wonderful at showing you what to do and amazing at hyping you up.nnReally happy with the results I am seeing

The gym is amazing! Our family enjoys everyday in this place.nI've been taking glute training classes for 4 months with Jamie, a personal trainer at Lifetime, and I'm getting the results I'm looking for. He is a professional, dedicated coach who always accompanies and solves all questions. He gives detailed instructions on the correct movements for muscle groups and makes us feel more confident and stronger.nHighly recommend Lifetime - especially Jamie's classes.

Great gym. The facilities are always clean! Love spending my mornings herennClasses with Tiffany are always amazing and keep you coming back.nJust signed up for sessions with Jen and she helped rehab my hamstring back to normal. Jen is so knowledgeable and is amazing in all our sessions. Definitely has all the characteristics you would want in a trainer.

Love this gym! Has all the facilities I was looking for and more. Marvin is a fantastic personal trainer. He helped me become significantly stronger over the course of 5 weeks and hit new PRs weekly. Would definitely recommend him for personal training.
