Love this location. 
Great staff, very friendly. A lot more different equipment than other locations. 
It's well maintained. 
The jump child care room is nice and enjoyable for the kids. The minding staff were very kind and patient with my ADHD child. 👍🏻

Clean, and staff are nice and polite. Great classes too! Sometimes gets a bit busy during peak times and its hard to get the machines you want.

One of the better good life facilities to work out at in the Durham region. The gym is huge and there is a wide range of classes including hot yoga.

I love the hot yoga here :) !! Staff is always friendly and happy
!! I had 5 stars but I had the switch it due to the fact that they tried to charge my card. I like this place but make sure you put a stop payment if you leave for any reason! They will try and charge you weird random amounts. They tried a few times but I read the reviews and didn't let this happen.
