DO NOT VISIT. waited 1h for my appointment when it claims to be a walk in clinic. Appointment at 1:50pm for an accident 3days ago that I booked after 32h of waiting since it happened. Arrived on time gave my credit card as deposit because I am from a different province. Waited 1h passed my appointment time. They are probably going to charge my card for the wait time. This is ridiculous. Photos are proof that waiting 1h and how busy it is.nnIf you don’t have staff shut it down and re-zone the building for housing.
I went for a minor emergency on a Friday evening. All staff were very helpful and courteous, and guided me as it was my first time there. Facilities were clean and maintained regularly. They had phone charging stations and healthier snacks vending machines. I waited 12 hrs because I was on the lower priority list, but that's because of Quebec's broken system, not the fault of the hospital itself. I noticed patients with major emergencies were served quicker, which was a good sign. Doctor was kind and very knowledgeable and provided me with the first dose of antibiotics onsite.
I cannot thank Dr. Jacque Kewerke enough for the incredible care I received. From the very beginning, he made me feel comfortable, listened to all of my concerns, and guided me through my pregnancy with such compassion and professionalism.nThe delivery of my baby was truly the best experience I could have asked for, and that is all thanks to Dr. Kewerke. He was calm, reassuring, and supportive every step of the way, which made me feel safe and confident throughout the entire process. His kindness and expertise turned what could have been a stressful moment into one of the most beautiful experiences of my life.nDr. Kewerke is not only an outstanding gynecologist but also a truly caring person. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely goes above and beyond for his patients.
I didn't have a problem finding a parking spot as I went earlier than my assigned doctor's appointment.nI didn't have to wait too long to see my doctor.nShe was very helpful, answered all my questions & I answered hers. I have a mutual respect for her & all that she does.nHope this is helpful.nHave a great day.
Due to a long ER wait time, my local hospital redirected me to the BMC walk in clinic. Theynbooked a next day appointment for me. The clinic service was fast and efficient as well as the Radiology clinic. The employees were pleasant. Dr Roger Gray was very kind and thorough. I did not feel like I was being rushed out the door. Two thumbs up from me!!!
