Professional service with very friendly staff. West spa has a very cozy and comforting environment. I went in for a massage and the therapist was very well experienced and did a fantastic job. She took the time to explain everything and promptly filled out my insurance receipt.

I had an amazing experience here. Easy parking, staff were super friendly and the spa looked great! I had an appointment with Ashley, she did my underarm and brows to perfection.

I got a male pedicure there and the staff is very nice. The place is filled with beautiful women, staff and customers. I got Valerie to do my feet and she's very nice and absolutely gorgeous. Had a great time talking with her. The only complaint is the massage chairs. They seriously need to be upgraded. They're old uncomfortable and the remotes stop working sporadically. I would definitely go back but just to see Val again ☺
