Liane Wera is the most professional real estate agent we could have hoped for, very thorough in her explanations to us through every step of the process and never pushed us in any way. She was very polite and punctual and her suggestions were very helpful on the preparation of the house for potential buyers to see, (what to get rid of, what to keep, etc). She didn't get discouraged for us when a deal fell through, which kept us positive, and in fact one week after, the eventual buyers of our home ended up making a way better offer! We looked forward to seeing Liane before an open house or afterwards, as she was always so cheerful with the most pleasant demeanor, she definitely has the personality for being a first class real estate agent!

Very professional! Hands-on and dedicated to the process. Readily available, accommodating, and reliable never losing sight of the goal. Worked within the limits and constraints, and was respectful of, my rental goals and tenant type. Pleasant and good-natured. Attentive to my needs and ultimate objectives. She handled everything as I was absent for the whole process. I am extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to work with her in the future. Christine D.
