Jon is an excellent real estate broker. Having bought many revenue properties with him he has never steered me the wrong way. I've referred him to friends and family members and they've always been pleased. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful from the beginning to end. He provides clear cut information and has endless knowledge on the market. I would recommend him to anyone.

Great knowledge of the market, it was a pleasure being with a broker that treated us as values clients and not another sales target. What I appreciate the most about Jonathan's approach was not only his willingness to accommodate our schedule but the overall transparency with the process--- quite refreshing. Other Brokers told us to reduce our price from premium listing, he was up front and told us that we will get our number we just have to wait a little bit longer; he could've easily sold us on a lower price and made his commission

Jon helped me buy my first condo downtown Montreal. Following our first meeting he immediately was able to grasp my likes and dislikes and present to me the best options at my price point. His knowledge of the market immediately made me feel confident in my decision. Highly recommeded! I've also recommended his services to my parents and he was able to sell their house in record time and at a great price!

After getting our offer accepted he literally ignored our texts and emails, screened our phone calls and lied to us about extending the offer once I called from my work phone to actually speak with him. Our offer expired without us being able to book the home inspection or appraisal and he then raised the price of the property saying he had priced it too low after accepting our offer. We were shocked that he was actually ignoring our multiple phone calls a day for over two weeks and lost a great home because of this. An absolutely horrible experience to go through when trying to make such a large and important purchase.

The rudest agent I have ever come across. My friend and I are looking for a place. I came from hot yoga and this man judged me from one look at me. I asked whether or not the rent price could be negotiated and include electricity or heating. He told me that it’s a hydro problem and condo rent cannot include it i am aware it’s hydro thank you very much. He didn’t even walk me to the exit of the building too busy on his phone. I’m an IT consultant and my friend is a financial analyst. Thank you for judging me based on how I was dressed or perhaps the colour of my skin. Good day

Jon was extremely knowledgeable. He helped me make decisions I wouldn’t have been able to make on my own. He knows the entire Saint-Henri area off by heart. Highly recommended!

Almost impossible to get him on the phone and never had any time to speak with us when we needed it. Extremely slow to return information to us. We were also emailed another couples private information along with their offer on an unrelated property. I hope they had a better experience working with this agent.
