Greetings: Several years ago, some friends and I (we live in the States) bought an investment property in Montreal, which turned out to be a horrible investment. I won't bore you with the details. Since my co-investors and I really needed to sell the property (the taxes and condo fees were killing us), I asked my accountant for a referral for a real estate agent. She put us in touch with Maxence. For a variety of reasons there was NO MARKET for the unit. Nonetheless, Maxence showed great patience, reliably kept us informed of the overall situation, promptly recalled calls, kept in contact with other agents and ultimately sold the property. Maxence is a very professional and knowledgeable real estate broker. He definitely knows his stuff and is always on top of things. He is involved from the beginning to the end and is always reachable and available to answer any questions or offer guidance. He takes care of everything (photos, client showings, etc.) and makes sure you are aware of everything that is going on regarding your property. He really makes it easier for you and takes away some of the stress. All in all, I would recommend Maxence to anyone who is looking for a real estate broker.
