She struck a good balance between the interest of the underwriter and customer, as she always try to find the most optimal and economical insurance coverage in client's shoe within underwriter 's regulation. Besides, she is an efficient communicator with great patience and you never need to wait long for her reply. I will refer her to my friend in need of insurance service!

Laura has provided me with excellent service. As a new comer to Toronto where I have no driving and credit histories, she helped me to reduce the premium for my new car from almost 4K to now 1.6k, an excellent result. Well done Laura!
