Les Faux Bourgeois

It is firmly our favourite restaurant in Vancouver. From the 8 year old kids who think their Shirley Temple is amazing, to the grown ups who say their terrine is one of the best they’ve ever tasted... it’s well deserving of our families highest acclaim.

Really solid French restaurant and a cozy atmosphere. We ordered their pate special, the beef bourguignon, and their main special, saffron risotto with scallops. Both were excellent dishes as well as our desserts.

Food was great! Service was even better. Attentive and friendly. Cute, quaint little place. Definitely worth a visit!

This spot is the one I always prefer. I go to many restaurants but to this one I go the most. The stuff is very friendly and the cooking they cook is so appetizing. I never decline to have a decent dinner here. Highly recommended.

From the French Onion soup on a chilly evening to sitting at the bar with a glass of scotch and Steak Frits, I have never been disappointed any of the many times I have been here over the last 6 or 7 years. Great service, great food. One of my favourite places for a solo meal out and always great with a group.
