Worst experience ever. Over three months to get a refund for an order that I was told had been canceled in December. They absolutely will not answer a single phone call.

I was looking to upgrade my mattress and was very unsure on what I wanted. Thank god Leon's has an awesome set of staff who provided the best customer service i've ever received. I'm so pleased with this mattress.

Decent customer service until they have your money. You can call, but they won't answer the phone, and when you leave a voicemail they'll only call back half the time. Better luck and response calling their head office. If the item you want is not in stock, don't buy it, you'll never get it. 4-6 weeks turns into 3+ months.
