Great customer service, had an appointment for a service call on my Kenmore built in within 2 days of my call. Service man was prompt, knowledgeable and offered to replace my outdated canister. Amazing difference in performance. Can I say vacuuming will be fun now!?!
I would recommend Mike and his team at Vacuflo, from the inspection and estimate, to the education on quality vacuums. Sebastian & Hugo came to our house and in about three hours had done great job. they tested the whole thing then went through the system from top to bottom with me. great job guys, thank you.
Perfect customer service experience. Guided us through their line up and were able to help us find the right fit for our home. Very quick process from consultation to installation and I would absolutely steer anybody who's looking for a central vac solution for their home to Vacuflo here in Edmonton.
I replaced my old end of life central vac with vacuflo. Service was booked & a very professional father & son team arrived on time, calling ahead of time. They replaced the system quickly & with a smile ! The vacuum is great, strong suction. I got a personal text from Mike the next day, which was a nice touch.
We have used our new system for over a month now and are extremely pleased that we called Vacuflo! Mike and his son were just great and very efficient. Thank you for wearing masks! Thank you for your stellar service and taking precautions during Covid 19. We highly recommend Vacuflo.
