We went into Barbecue Country unsure of what we were looking for in a BBQ. We were talking with Benjamin who was extremely knowledgeable and spoke to us about all the options available. From smokers to the standard. He wasn’t pushy and was extremely patient in answering all our questions. I can say it has been YEARS since I have received such outstanding customer service. A very honest salesman with an exceptional personality. Highly recommend stopping in and talking with him should you be looking for a new bbq or smoker!
Went in to buy our first smoker. Ben was the sales person that helped us. He was so awesome. Helpful, knowledgeable and felt zero pressure to buy. He truly was there to help. Such a great experience. Go see Ben if your looking for a new unit.
Didn’t buy anything but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices are competitive to Costco. At least for Traeger. Traeger grill prices also compared to a slightly different grill at Costco was very competitive. Only $100 more but larger grill space. The two grills were the same in most respects: Traeger Silverton 620 vs. Traeger Pro 780.
Oustanding service! We decided to purchase a BBQ as a surprise gift and everything was arranged, including delivery at a time where nobody would be home, over the phone. The BBQ was very well received and was a great surprise - great job BBQ Country!

Great service department. Best place to buy hoses and gas fittings in Edmonton. The parts department is top notch!
Great customer service and very helpful staff. They had no stock of the BBQ we wanted, but we were able to get the floor model. They have a huge selection and the only place in Edmonton to buy quality BBQs imo. Plus an excellent selection of spices and rubs that are delicious.
Guys in the parts department were very helpful and extremely fair in there pricing. Picked up a replacement burner control for my napoleon grill. Thanks again.
Great spot for all your barbecue, smoker, and fire table needs. They also carry a bunch of accessories, barbecue parts, and sauces/rubs!
