Lovely people run this business - I’ve received a very competitive quote from them as well as a bunch of paperwork giving me lots of information to help me make an informed purchase. They know their products.

We recently purchased a reverse osmosis machine from Distiller. We could not be happier with our purchase. Nothing but excellent service: from the initial visit to the store and to the installation of the R.O. unit. When I called back a few days after about being unhappy with the taste of the water, Roy came by the house right away and took care of the problem. Did some testing, changed to a bigger filter and called a few days later to make sure I was happy. Great local company!

The lady up front doesn’t need to look anything up. She knows more about distillers than anybody I’ve met. With her instructions I spent more time driving there than I did fixing the still. Their prices were better than anything I found on the net. Now they sell refurbished distillers with better parts than originals. Nice.

We had a Crystal Mountain Glacier water cooler for fifteen years - yes, that's right - fifteen years! When it finally gave out, we had a heck of a time finding the same brand again. We finally found it at Distiller Warehouse Edmonton. We read reviews of other water coolers available at different stores, and most were not that great. We know we will have no trouble with the Crystal Mountain water cooler. The operation is whisper quiet, it has never leaked, the water temperature is always ideal, it is easy to clean, and lasts a long time. You can buy cheaper water coolers elsewhere, but you may or may not have good luck with them. The extra money we paid was worth it for the peace of mind knowing it will be problem-free. Sharon was very helpful and pleasant, had the unit sterilized and ready to go when I arrived. This business is highly recommended.

What awesome people! I needed a new filter housing and they had parts in-stock that I could retrofit my existing system with and adapters so I could make the repair quickly. Knowledgable, friendly and have a nice little store! Thank you! They are now my new source for RO filters - it’s great to be able to support a local business.

Truely the best place for water purification. They set the bar as to how a business should be run. Kind, great upfront prices, and they don't sell you more than what you need. Bought a distiller, water softener, and pre-filters and was as a quater of the price of the competitors. After sale service has been perfect. Wish all businesses were like this one.
