If this review was written in 2016, I would have given the place 5 stars, even with the wait. The quality of the food was amazing. I used to crave their chicken chatti curry. However, the standards have gone downhill since then. Instead of raises prices and maintaining quality (it used to be worth a long drive), the owners strategy seems to have been to cut down on the portion size and quality. Customers aren't coming back. The place went from being packed to being nearly empty during Friday and Saturday nights. This is unfortunate because they just expanded their seating. Dishes aren't as tasty, meat portions are lower quality, perhaps reheated from previous nights, and service is slow (even when the restaurant is almost empty), and last time our family got food poisoning. I've tried going back a couple times over the past year with the hopes that it was just an "off day", but the new normal is consistently disappointing.

Horrible food. Two of the items we ordered were not available. We ordered 'chicken pillows' for the kids but they were mushy, uncooked, and disgusting. We refused to feed it to our kids. We ordered a chicken dish and all we got was bites of bones, no meat at all. We ordered a shrimp dish which tasted fine but only had 4 pieces of shrimp in it. The service was fine and they asked for genuine feedback but the food was horrible. We will never go back. The place was nice and the staff was friendly.

Best south Indian food. Especially the Malabar biryani and chicken chatty curry. Waiting is worth it. Love love loved it. Must try. Never had tasted such fresh food.

Had a very disappointing experience with a wait time of about 2 hours even with prior reservation .... quantity was very less for the price...... even witnessed other patrons walking out in between their courses with frustrating wait times.... would never recommend to anyone and for sure not going back there...

Worst service ever. Will never step back again. As everyone reviewed, the wait time is about an hour. It's okay because they tell they make the dishes fresh. But the poor thing is that, they don't know how to behave to the customers. And the service girls are totally confused about who ordered the dishes. No courtesy or professional demeanor.
