Overall the customer service at this location has been decent. Not super amazing customer service skills but what more can you ask for when just placing an order. The handful of times I’ve been to this locations for orders such as -Chicken on the rocks rice -Chicken on the stix fries -Chicken Salad -or a combination of either of the three just listed. I’ve had a order where the garlic sauce hasn’t been placed evenly over my orders. Then also having one situation when my chicken on the Stix tasted flavourless. As if they didn’t season the chicken/cook the rotisserie meat properly. Overall Osmows is a chain that has its dishes to a consistent standard throughout. Only thing this specific location can work on is it’s customer service when greeting customers or even with helping customers when picking up their orders  Kid-friendliness: Just sitting for family that has kids can come and sit.  Parking: It’s in a plaza where there’s plenty of parking around even if there wasn’t directly outside in the sub-lot. There more surrounding.

Update: I had ordered the food & posted this review on June 13, 2022, and somehow it was taken down. For anyone who plans to order a falafel plate, this is what you can expect. ---------- This is the most disrespectful plate of food I have ever received. $11.25 for DRY overpriced nonsense. As you can see I ordered falafel and they garnished it with one drop of garlic sauce and spice despite me ordering medium spice. There was a group of four people who placed their orders AFTER me and all for the customers ordering. Watch them while they make your food so you can ensure you are getting what you paid for. I only opened my meal once I got home. I will never come back here, this place has seriously gone downhill since when they first opened.

I was unable to eat when i found out a hair inside my order. Order at 9:38pm, 04/09/2022 worth $42.34  I posted this review right away but by mistakely i posted on other location 170 sandlewood pwy and after owners reply that i posted review on wrong address then i realised. I ordered the food on this location Intersection Sandlewood and bramalea. Please look into the matter as i wasted my money on food

Was so excited to see they had a vegetarian imitation meat option but unfortunately the one I ended up with at least tasted really bad, and the cost is not cheap. It had an overpowering oregano ? flavour with a bad, crumbly, stiff texture. The vegetables tasted fresh at least and the sauces had good flavour, though it was also missing a lot of vegetables that were ordered.  For the price I'd rate this meal 1/5, but am adding one more in the review because at least the facility was clean. I've also adjusted the review to add another because a few years ago I did have good experiences here, and although I don't feel comfortable sharing more specific information about my most recent visit with the email they provided in the reply before do have hope that it isn't always this way now.

I ordered 3 chicken half n half… and got one without garlic and hot sauce.. the service is disgusting.

I had ordered a lamb shwarma and it was really good. This is the first time I have had one. Service was a little slow. Even though that there was quite a bit of sauce on the outside, it was still good and worth trying

First time visiting this location and had the best experience. The food was so fresh and was served to me within minutes. Employees were so nice and respectful. Ali makes the best wraps makes me feel like home. Definitely recommended to everyone.

Being a regular customer of Osmow's Halal Shawarma I really got surprised when staff told me the price of large platter is $26 instead $16. Quietly I walked out without saying anything. This price is really higher for a single platter. Osmow's head office needs to review and should reduce the price.

Came in today for a simple order. After 10 mins they decide to put in the falafel. Mind you I’m the only customer. Not only that one guy and girl were arguing and leaving at each other and swearing in Punjabi. Like why? What type of service or environment is this. Mind you I’ve now been waiting for well over 20 mins for my extremely simple order.
