Ordered the crispy chicken parm, cheese not toasted. The chicken was cold out of the oven. As well I wasn't asked if it was for here or to go, just placed it into the bag. While we were there they were spraying windex while I was eating to clean their glass areas as well as taking out the garbage right beside me. I would go back, but hopefully there is some training completed on the food prep and customer awareness.
