Pizza Hut

I love this Pizza Hut location. It is my favourite. I have never gotten bad service here. The food is always on point and the service is excellent. The staff are friendly and the restaurant isn't too crowded or too empty. Keep up the good work.

My friends and I had a bad experience at the Queen Street location but we were craving Pizza Hut, so we drove to this location after leaving the other one. Once we arrived, we were greeted by a nice server who told us to go sit in a specific booth. Once we walked to the booth and were about to sit down, a different server walked over to us and said in front of all of the other patrons that we should wait to be seated and not just walk up to any booth. People were staring. When we explained that the other server had seated us, she said "okay" with disbelief and told us someone would be with us shortly. The other servers just stared at us and the server who had originally seated us went into the back. It was obvious that there was conflict amongst the servers. The restaurant wasn't very full but no one came to take our orders for 30 minutes. Not even drink orders. I had to ask the host to have a server come to our table because we were thirsty.

UPDATE: (Nov 24, 2017) Quality of this brand has gone down it seems. I ordered a medium pizza for my boyfriend and myself on my birthday. The pizza was cold when we got it and the dough was not completely cooked. At first, my boyfriend had pointed out that the dough was not cooked and I thought it was hating because I'm a LOVER OF PIZZA HUT. After a few more bites, I bit into a raw part (yuck!) Never again at this location! I'm completely done with this with location. Pizza Nova is the real deal! Well, the only thing I did enjoy were the boneless wings (that's my 1 star). Old Review: (Summer/Fall-ish 2017) I usually only place orders for delivery to this location. The pizza is so good. I love the Pizza Hut franchise. Why I didn’t give a 5 star is because the pizzas are quite oily and that goes for all Pizza Hut pizzas in general. If only they can cut down on the oil content. They would for sure get a 5 star in my book.

It's Pizza hut what can I say. This location is at least clean. The staff are very nice. The only pizza that's any good at pizza hut is the Italian Claasic

Very disappointed with my visit at this location. Food was good, service was terrible . When it came time to pay I had a gift card. The staff took the card in the kitchen saying they could not complete the order normally at our table. When they returned they said the card would not work on the machine. Not to mention the access code on the back was very scratched up and unable to be read. Had to pay the bill with another card. I assume someone in the kitchen took what was on the gift card. Not cool pizza hut.
