I had an excellent experience with Pizza Hut’s customer service. I ordered two chicken pizzas and one vegetarian pizza for takeout, but by mistake, chicken was added to the vegetarian one. I called the store to explain the issue, and the staff handled it in the best possible way. They were extremely friendly, polite, and professional. Without any hesitation, they made a fresh vegetarian pizza and even delivered it to my home address. They didn’t charge anything extra for the delivery, which I truly appreciated. This level of care and responsibility really stood out. Highly impressed and highly recommended

I had a delivery order from Pizza Hut and overall it was a great experience. Although the dips were missed in my order initially, the customer service more than made up for it. The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely sweet, polite, and professional. She immediately acknowledged the mistake, took responsibility, and resolved the issue without any hassle, which I truly appreciated.nnOn top of that, the delivery itself was very fast and the food arrived hot and fresh. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how they’re handled that really matters—and Pizza Hut handled it perfectly. Excellent service and a great experience overall!

Ordered chicken arrabbiata pizza with other food. Specifically chicken on the pizza was rubbery and uneatable. Reported to the pizza store but caller told me thats how its come. Have tried 2-3 times from this store but food quality and taste is not delicious as other locations. Moved near this location recently. Never ordering again.
