Pizza Depot

This used to be our go to Pizza place in 2005-2014. Service has drastically gone down since then. Alot of Pizza shops have opened in the area and Pizza Depot as a whole has neglected to stay competitive. Instead they lowered their quality standard and substitute it with cheaper ingredients. They changed the recipe of the pizza a couple of years ago and it's now 70% dough and 30% toppings. They've probably done this to cut costs, but people notice, especially if you're like me and come here often. It's sad to see how bad these guys have gotten considering how popular these guys were back in the days.

I would give this place 0 star if I could. I placed my order online and went to pick it up half an hour later. The cashier tried to send me away with only half of my order. When this was brought to her attention she did not apologize but rather said that I would have to wait. When my order was finally ready I asked what I would receive for her trying to rip me off by giving me an incomplete order ($30.00 which was half of my bill). She said two free dipping sauces and then when I got home I realized she gave me the wrong ones. I will never go to this location again. The customer service sucks! I would have been happy if she just apologized but I guess that required too much effort on her part.

I went to pick up my pizza that I pre-ordered the guy came in maybe about 53 years old he asked for a slice of pizza you wanted to put chilli peppers on top of this pizza before he preheated it in the oven the guy was a total jackass with the customer I got upset really upset me like I’ve never gotten angry with anybody because like all the chilli peppers are going to go all over the place it was making up excuses he didn’t wanna let the guy put in the pizza slice with the chilli peppers I don’t recommend this place anymore and I won’t be ordering pizza from here anymore either this is the third time I’ve heard something bad about this place now on this one experience I went through I recommend you don’t go there. There establishment is dirty anyway. Thanks for reading my post!!!!

Panzo was over cooked. Pizza was good thou. Usually food is good here

I always come here for pizza. Great pizza but when ordering I always tell the them "make sure the pizza is well done and has lots of pizza sauce and toppings"...and they do a pretty good job and it comes out really nice. In the past if not telling them, the pizza is a hit or miss depending who prepares it. But so far my family and I are very pleased. P.S. extra pizza sauce is free so ask for that! Certainly beats Pizza Pizza as there pizza is garbage and cardboard-like while being overpriced.
