Best tea place in summer if in white rock. Tea Taste amazing and large variety to choose from. They have both hot and cold tea with different flavours

The fruit teas are great. The milk tea is okay. Please call ahead to see if the shop is open. They change their hours during different seasons.

1. They didn't open the cafe at the stated open time. 2. 3 staffs + manager were working, no one kind. 3. Milk tea is not same as photo, they should ask adding toppingPearl etc. Cuz at the picture, it can be misleading because milk tea has pearls on it. If Pearl is not included by default in the milktea, they can tell me when i order. When I asked them after receiving the drinks they would be fine if they had explained that Pearl was not in the tee. But they weren't nice at all, even rude. I think milktea wrapped in Chinese marts is much better.

The tastiest bubble tea!!! The fruity ones taste so good and like real fruit! Lots of options for the "bubble" part and toppings. And bonus you get to go walk along the beach to enjoy your treat :

Nice location right infront of the east beach. I order the classic milk tea with pearl and coconut jelly the cup is very beautiful. They sell ice cream and cookies. Inside is small but very cozy. The server is friendly and nice. Definitely come back and try different flavor.

I been doing this with my family for the past few years.Come visit white Rock,bc,hangout suntan,swim and get some delicious fish and chips and sit on a nice area/part of the breach or wherever and enjoy the amazing fresh ocean air-breeze and get some healthy ocean water on my beautiful skin because it's good and very healthy for you to swim in the awesome ocean water.

This establishment gives the feeling of resting in front of a fire place, warm. The customer service is welcoming, they may serve only drinks but they are healthy and for all occasions and weather cold and warm. I highly recommend it as I haven't had a reason to complain. If you need a healthy drink or juice to boost your system by all means, go in there. Thank me later . Customer service - Excellent Product - Superb Location - 10/10

A good bubble tea spot right on the beach. The staff are always nice I've been coming here since they opened. They also have the option of a mixed fruit tea drink a tasty refresher with fresh slices of fruit inside, lemonade or slushy drinks. They also have a small icecream selection. The cheese foam is interesting, I think it tastes best on the chocolate drinks, especially the Coco Oreo also if you're around often you can collect stamp cards for a free drink!

Love this place for getting slush and milk tea's. Strawberry, mango and oreo milk tea/slush are absolutely amazing. I haven't given full 5 stars only because the order comes loaded with plastic packaging. If anyone from Leieve Tea is reading this, please consider using paper packaging/straws and cups. That would probably make your place the best around the town! and I'll add that last star :

Great little bubble tea place right along the boardwalk of Whiterock right near the pier. Prices are fair and the drink was above average!! Bonus points for having these fancy cups but I’m not sure how environmentally friendly the hard plastic is!
