Lakeshore Nails & Spa

I have found the best place in Port Credit area, Lakeshore Nails & Spa is my favorite and would not go anywhere else , the first time I came in with my daughter to have her nails done everything was amazing professionally and to perfection! Denise was very careful and detail about the service and I was so impressed that I end up doing my nails as well. I have tried so many other nail places in Lakeshore area and I was not happy with any of them since i am a nail therapist as well and i am very very picky. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a Perfect nail service done, I could"t be happier and if there was an option for six star ratting, gladly i would give it!! Thank you so much Denise for being who you are!

Great place!!! Always leave with my nails exactly how I want and a smile on my face! I feel at home here they always help me out when i don't know what to do with my nails

Beautiful salon super clean the cleanest salon I have ever been to..the ladies here are great super amazing at their job! I had the best feet massage ever with my pedicure and i love my changing color nail 😊 i have found my nail place for life will never go anywhere else! definitely a place I will recommend . I have been to a lot of nail salons and they have done a sloppy rushed job... it's nothing like that here! They are amazing love it here!! 😍

Beautiful and clean nail salon on lakeshore . I have tried many places since I moved to port credit but this place it's the Best. My nails are last longer. Staffs are friendly and doing great job. I'm happy with their work. Highly recommend them to everyone .

Very poor customer service. I waited at the front for someone to greet me for a little while. Finally someone poked her head around the corner and yelled across the room asking what I was there for. The lady who I believe to be the owner was working on my nails. While taking the shellac off, I was burned a few times. After taking the shellac off she got me to go wash my hands. When i came back I asked if she could cut them down a little bit (I thought it would just be part of the service, as it usually is everywhere else i go) She got irritated when I asked and was very angry that she had to take her tool back out saying "but you didn't tell me that you wanted that. Now I have to go back over it again." I was very surprised at how rude she was about it. After applying my polish, while I was drying she turned her back to me to talk to another client. I came in with a smile on my face, in a good mood and left very upset. As a hairstylist, customer service is very important to me. I treat every client with a ton of respect and try my best to make them happy in which ever way i can, especially when i have some new in my chair. I will not be returning to this nail salon.
