We have rented properties twice through this management company, and we have been disappointed, their rules and attitudes are not customer friendly. They seem to be all about collect large rents, protecting the owners and the neighbors. Reporting problems they get defensive and don't address. We have rented in many other Michigan cities, Florida Utah and Colorado. we are an adventure group of older people that enjoy outdoor sports and respect others. If you are going to charge high rates, then everything needs to be in good condition checked out and working. We've had leaking refrigerators, dishwasher and toilets not working, poor beds, low end small gas grills for 4-6 people, in a house that sleeps 14.

This is a well run company with dedicated owners and staff who are always striving to do their best- to that I can definitely attest! They also have a wonderful selection of condos, cottages, and homes in the Glen Arbor/Leelanau area!

We stayed in the White Pines cottage in Glen Arbor which we rented through Leelanau Vacation Rentals (LVR). They exceeded our expectations. Booking the property was a breeze. They were very professional and communicated throughout the process. Upon our arrival in Glen Arbor, we stopped by their offices to pick up the keys and was greeted very warmly. We arrived at White Pines and was pleasantly surprised to find the place had been extremely well cleaned prior to our arrival. That is something so important to me because I am beyond picky when it comes to cleanliness. The place was beautifully furnished, well equipped, and comfortable. As nothing went wrong during our visit, we had no need to contact LVR. However, I am confident if we had, they would have responded quickly. We will definitely be renting from them again the next time we plan to visit Glen Arbor.
