Had an item I needed, grabbed my number and waited patiently and they got to me with no issue. Found the item and transaction was completed within 2 mins. Great service here and clean store, don’t forget to get a number if you want to be served!

The customer service at this store is magnificent. They really stand behind their products. I have been working with a faulty tool and was invited to exchange it despite having thrown out the receipt. I was treated with respect and understanding, and then directed to an expert in pyrography to help connect me with helpful products. I appreciate how stress-free the whole process was, and left feeling excited to get back to work. Amazing staff!

Lee Valley closed many stores around the GTA leaving only 1 open in Vaughn. This is a traffic nightmare to get to only to be greeted and served by unfriendly disgruntled staff with the exception of one cheery female. It's really unfortunate that a retailer who has great products has not put customer first and I would not be surprised if they end up Chapter 11 in a couple of years.

Great selection of products in a wide range of interests. Quality and not too bad prices. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. You may end up buying more stuff than what you went in for.

Great quality items and old-fashioned terrific service. No better place to shop. You won't be disappointed with any of their products and if you are, they stand behind them. Several years ago i bought a clock that decided to stop working after a couple months. The simply replaced it. I am a long-term customer and can't speak more highly of Lee Valley.

Drove 50+ km to pick up an instrument i bought on line. It was in store but not in stock in the on line store. No problem. I pushed the pick up button for 20 minutes at the express pick up counter before grabbing a wandering employee to get my "paid for"part. Come on guys, you're better than that!

I had never been to a Lee Valley before but I left impressed with the level of service. I found Tom near the order kiosks. I said I'd never been here before so he walked me through printing out an order form and taking a number. Warren took care of me at the counter. Casual atmosphere and good conversation. I won't hesitate to come back when I see something else I'd like from the catalog or online.
