The guy answering phones is slightly rude, but not in a malicious way, maybe just doesn't know any better?  And the other guys I've interacted with have a weird off-putting vibe in there. I try to avoid here just because it's a risk of throwing off your morning or afternoon.

I love this Home Hardware. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. For a senior like me, with limited hands-on experience of hardware, etc., this store is a life-saver well-now that we're in the midst of Covid, perhaps not a LIFE-saver, but definitely a home-saver!.

Convenient, reasonable price and friendly staffs . Although not comparable to famous "Home depot", there are still a lot of widgets that you need, and more importantly; You don't have to go far.

Far and away my favourite home hardware to visit. Personable and knowledgeable staff that are a joy to interact with and seem genuinely invested in their work. Happy to help with any questions you have and very well versed in the products on offer. Bravo to you all!
