Very friendly. The people who run the shop are a delight to talk with.

I went in and told them I needed two keys cut, and they charged me for four, and cut four. When I told them I had only asked for two, they just said oh, well we cut four, and didn’t seem to care or apologize for their mistake. How rude, I will not go back there— what a scam.

A wealth of information and friendly service. If they don't have it, you probably don't need it. Filled to the ceiling with odds and ends. A great place to explore, especially for interesting light fixtures.

Excellent selection and helpful staff.

My lone experience with this place was in maybe 2012. I bought an overpriced tube of spackle, and the used-car-salesman looking guy charges me something like $1.50 to pay on debit. I pass by this place weekly, and I always think of that experience. Walk up a few streets and hit walmart!
