Dr. Marjan Charkhsaz

STAY AWAY from HER. Dr Charkhsaz is among the most unorganized, irresponsible, negligent and uncaring family doctors in BC. She just wants to visit the most number of patients possible every day, without taking good care of her patients. Her office assistants are rude and without any training always you need to wait another hour in her office waiting to be seen when you arrive on time for your appointment. She does not have any system for following up the test results. In my case, Her failure and negligence to make follow up tests based on the existing test results she had, led to development of advanced cancer.

One star is too many. She is the worst family doctor you can ever have. Always keeps you waiting for more than half an hour. Spends not more than 5 minutes with you. Always forgets to do the follow ups and things needs to be done. Patients and issues related to them are the least important things for her

The receptionists are rude, the doctors are over booked, the wait times are super long, like SUPER long, it is impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone and no one calls you back. The doctor herself, is a very nice, knowledgeable woman who i have no issues with, and have appreciated her Care, but the place makes you feel very unwelcome, unwanted and as if you have done something wrong and are being shamed. Sad.

This is an ongoing agony. The receptionists are rude, grumpy and absolutely unhelpful. The physicians totally lack the empathy and sympathy required for this job. No matter how hard I tried, I could not secure a phone call with the physician to enquire about my mum's condition as my mum is 84 with a fractured spine and unable to attend the clinic.

Dr. Charkhsaz is very compassionate and listens to your medical issues attentively. Great family doctor and staff there are great! Highly recommend her and her colleague's services.

The care here is okay, it’s just so hard to make an appointment. I have also experienced very long times waiting in the waiting room even when I have an appointment. To make an appointment You have to call in and it seems like there is limited reception staff to answer the phone. It’s hit and miss for if I can get a appointment soon or if there is no availability for weeks.

I've been trying to make an appointment for a week! They never answer their phones. Online booking through the website doesn't work. Poor response times to inquiries. Curt staff. Rushed physicians.
