Worst clinic, the information changes from staff to staff. Tried for 3 days straight to get a walk In appointment. Finally was able to get one and they wouldn't take on the case. The canceled the appointment 10 minutes prior to me showing up. On a different occasion I was quoted 30 minutes to a hour wait. After 3.5 hours I had to leave with being able to see the doctor. Not sure how a doctors office can be this unprofessional.
Easily the worse doctors office I’ve been to. The staff is generally rude and difficult to get in contact with. Dr Kiani is the kind of doctor who makes you wonder how easy it is to become a doctor. She makes no efforts to solve any problem, dismissing everything as “normal”. Quickly prescribes medications that don’t work obviously because she never found the root issue or sends you to someone else. Every time I have left this office I have found myself in a worse position than before, and not a single one of the problems I’ve brought to her have been resolved. If you care about your health I strongly suggest a different doctor.
This is by far one of the best clinics in Coquitlam, all the girls go above and beyond to help every patient in the office. All the doctors, nurses and staff members are caring and will absolutely do everything to help you out. In fact, the new system that the clinic has implemented works perfectly to book online appointments, makes it way easier to book and very convenient!
I don't often write reviews, but when it's well deserved, i most certainly take the time to do so. I had a specific appointment booked to see Dr. Do, who as a female doctor, was the best experience i have probably had in my life. She makes you feel incredibly comfortable, seen & heard, and answered every one of my questions with incredible knowledge and in a way i could understand. She takes the time for you, and is very compassionate and clearly cares so much for her work as a womens doctor. The front desk staff were so friendly, punctual, helpful and kind! as are their Tshirts ; Even the pharmacists next door were A-class. I don't think they are accepting new patients, however; this would be hands down my first choice in Coquitlam for medi clinics! Thank you to all the staff for being so friendly and welcoming... it truly makes a difference.
Worst clinic ever. Me , my wife and daughter have been patents for almost 20 years, closer to 30 years for me and my wife. Went there today because I hurt my back working on night shift last night. They have gone from walk in clinic to appointment only and back again 3 times. It seems like they try to weed out people who don’t use doctors much like us. It’s ether a walk in or not. Very lazy
Misdiagnosis Walked in with our toddler who was starting to get pink eye. Got told to wait it out and that she was not contagious. We were woken up 3 times by our toddler screaming that her eyes were sticky. Thankfully we were able to find a proper doctor who prescribed us antibiotics. Having a newborn at home, this poor experience only added stress to a family already short on sleep.
I like this clinic only because of Dr.Smit and few other front desk staff who are very nice. Specially the Persian lady is always very helpful. Have had situations that needed to see walk in doctors but they aren’t as caring as Dr.Smit. Overall the clinic atmosphere has improved since they changed to Wellness Health.
I was there this morning to get a heart monitor. They are all so kind and so busy. Thank you Sabrina! You Rock! Patients need to relax and realize how lucky they are to have doctors. Without the staff doing the behind the scenes work, doctors couldn't function.
I do not recommend the nurse practitioner, Rufina. She just focuses on making money. The website said patients could see the nurse practitioner for 20 minutes but I was only allowed to talk for 5-10min. When I pointed out her issues, she snapped back at me so I had to hang up on her. I will suggest everyone go elsewhere not to waste our time. Update: After I wrote my review, I tried to see another doctor and went different clinic but I was not able to. I was told that because Ruphina is still my primary nurse practitioner on the record and she also wrote badly about me. She is so unprofessional and abusive.
Dr Morne Smit has been my GP for 5 years now. He is kind and I have nothing but utmost respect for him! He is caring and sympathetic towards my illness and has helped guide me to the right specialists and doctors. Thank you Dr Smit!
