A+ service. Everyone told me not to even bother calling my insurance because my rates would go up and that it wasn't worth it for such a small job. Francis from lebeau offered to call the insurance for me to double check. Low and behold covered with zero deductible and zero penalty! Whether they get paid from me or the insurance company makes no difference to them so the fact that Francis was willing to take the time to check that with me was awesome! The repair was done in about 40 minutes and looks great too, really hardly noticeable.

On m'a offert un service impeccable pour réparer ma vitre d'auto chez Lebeau de Châteauguay! Francis étais souriant, bien aimable, il m'a même réparé mon essuie-glace gratuitement! Je recommande à tous! :)

L'expérience client au plus haut point ! Merci et Bravo à toute l'Équipe je n'ai jamais vécu une expérience client aussi incroyable que celle ci. Tout a été parfait , de l'accueil, du travail effectué , du temps de travail respecté... tous les employés ont le sourire , ils vous expliquent clairement ce qu'ils vont faire , ils vous offrent un service irréprochable et sont d'une gentillesse en tout temps. J'ai eu droit à un transport chez nous en taxi allé retour offert par l'équipe ! Je travaille dans l'hôtellerie depuis longtemps et je base ma carrière sur l'expérience client mais là c'est tout simplement INCROYABLE ! Merci encore à toute l'équipe, votre propriétaire peut être fier et doit être heureux de vous avoir avec lui !!! J'ai parlé de mon expérience à tout mon entourage WOW ! MERCI
