This place is really fake, two majors issues happened here within months 1. Insurance send us there , poor job , forgot to back the plate. They don’t pay attention to details and the owner is very rude. 2. Brought my car for muffler replacement; but they create another problem saying the door unable to open from inside I will not recommend this place.
A SIMPLE BUFFING JOB GOES WRONG I wouldn’t even give this place one star . I took my car there Friday morning to have an estimate on a scratch on my back fender and door . The woman assured me that there was NO damage to the paint and it was a simple buff and they can fix it for 50$ In 30 minutes. I said great let’s do it . Let me be clear that she did a full walk around of my vehicle and looked at the entire car . I showed her a rust spot on the roof and she quoted me for that as well . She then had someone come get the car and start the job . When they returned my car there was a chip in the paint where they buffed out the scratch . It’s understandable, mistakes happen . I showed her and asked why there was a chip. She then started getting defensive and pointing out all the flaws on my car . And started saying there was rust where the chip was . I said no there was not and showed her pictures of before they did the buffing . She then said well I won’t charge you for the buffing . I said I would like this to be fixed and she refused . She then told me to come back and make an appointment when the painter was there . I made an appointment for Monday morning. On Monday morning received a call from Joe at 7:30am , who is apparently the director of fix auto yelling and giving me attitude telling me my car was rusted and it was impossible that they did this . Extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me to bring my car in to see but he was not fixing it . He was aggressive over the phone and refused to let me speak . Mind you I have no idea who Joe is and he was not there when this incident happened. He’s never even seen my car . Please do not take your cars to these people . They clearly don’t care about how they treat their clients or their cars . And Joe if you do read this fix your attitude and own up to your employees mistakes . It’s actually disgusting that you call yourself a "director" of a company when you can’t even handle a simple issue that was brought to you without disrespecting your clients . It speaks volumes about your character . And if fix auto would like to chime in on this issue that would be great because I’ve called head office several times and they refuse to get back to me . I guess this is the way this company conducts themselves . I will take my car to a reputable company and fix your employees mistakes . I wouldn’t even trust you to fix it after this horrible experience. Shame on you .Service: Painting
I had an excellent service at Fix Auto!! Joe was very professional, welcoming and effective at his job. I definitely recommend this shop to anybody that needs work done on their car.
Car was repaired perfectly. But my appointment was changed 3 times and it took 5 months for my car to even be serviced. when they finally got the car they said it would be 3 days, ended up being 12 days.
I got called on friday march 25th to get my vehicle before 3 pm , I was super happy as it has been 2 months since i dropped it off. When i was 2 km away from the shop my car started to warn me that my engine was overheating, had to pull aside on the highway to get towed back in the shop, lost 4 hours of work because they rushed pulling my vehicle back up and didn’t do a road test, this could have been easily avoided. I believe mistakes can be forbidden depending on how it is handled, i told the manager I wanted my 250$ Deductible back for my hours lost, gas spent and trouble caused by their mistake and he said the only thing he could do is to not get gas back in the rental as I was supposed to, but I feel like it was not enough, just my hours of work alone we are talking about 200$ plus there is the trouble for not working and getting my files ahead. I am still frustrated by this whole situation as I know it could have been avoided and do not feel like I was properly compensated!Services: Painting

Amazing service! My Corolla had a big kneaded on the door, and they fixed it like new, cleaned my car inside/outside and perfumed it. The crew is extremely efficient and sympathic. I was really happy with the service. Thank you, guys!!
Joe and Kevan real good people do what they say they're going to do
I had a big rusted dent on my windshield pillar and scratches on my doors. After going here, the car now looks perfect and new again. Very happy with the results.
