Brought my car in for an inspection. They found problems with my brakes, shocks, and battery. Decided to get a second opinion. The garage that did the second opinion said I didn't need to change anything, that everything was in great shape. It's shameful that the Honda Service department does that in Chateauguay. Go to Brossard. It's worth the trip. Or go to Napa Autopro. Avoid the Honda Service dealer.

I have been a client for more than 10 years and the customer service has degraded with the years. I have had 3 bad experiences in a row and will not go back to this dealer.

Good service nice people but they have the most annoying callback everything oil change....etc.....don't give them your number...lol

They're kind to you right before you buy or lease. Once you've signed, you're chopped liver. They brush you off and never return your calls or give you the time of day. The brand Honda is good but the service in Chateauguay dealership is disappointing.
