I had my car repaired here for the first time in January 2025.nnThe staff was courteous and polite. When I called for information it was accurate and given to me quickly.nnThey cleaned my car completely so when i picked it up it was spotless. The repair looks good and I cannot see any signs that the car was damaged at all. The parts did take some time to come but I don't think that is under their control.nnI would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Their job satisfaction and guaranteed claim on their website is bogus. I had my 2years old car fixed with them. After 4years rust started showing up ,only the parts they had worked upon. They said they don't guarantee the rust only the paint. I especially asked them after they fixed my car that if I need to do antitrust every year even though the car has 10year antirust warranty . Their answer was no they have done antitrust and its good for 10years too. Don't give false promises and information to people.

The insurance picked this place to repair my car. After four months they called to say they had the part. I waited two weeks for the appointment. They said they would take three-four business days to repair the car and I called after five and they said it would be ready the next day. Finally after almost two weeks it was ready. The first weekend the car was left in the parking lot of the place with the doors unlocked. I had to sign a waiver saying that it wasn't their fault if things were stolen, but you think they would put some effort into preventing vandalism. One other occasion it was left unlocked outside the building again. When I recieved the car there was multiple new scratches on it it's a brand new car. I went back and they said that my car was very dirty when it got there and that they think all of the scratches were already there. They offered to buff two out of courtesy, but they wouldn't even let me show them the other ones. I left severely upset.

Tremendous work on the repair, the truck went from no corner to brand new.nCommunication however is very difficult, be patient, call them 10-15 times before you can reach them.

Place is clean and modern.nThey do a great job but the prices are high considering I didn't go the insurance route. The gentleman not the owner told me prices are prefixed in the computer . I had asked for another vehicle to be quoted at the same time I had dropped off the first one and they never got back to me. It's been over a 2 months. Oh well...
