Strive Physiotherapy & Performance

I originally found Strive through a simple Google search. Upon heading into the facility and chatting with Tyler about the injury that I had sustained, we got to talking about various strengthening exercises and areas I could improve. At that point I decided to continue to learn more about how I could make my muscles stronger and ultimately make my day completely pain free. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is in need of help as everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable.

I had injured my back to the point I could barely move. I needed help getting in and out of bed. I found Strive online and based on the reviews, I decided to call them. This was the best phone call I made. When I first came to Strive, the pain was so significant that I didn’t think I’d be waking normally and without pain for quite some time. After 2 visits I was walking with better mobility than I could have expected. Tyler took the time and helped me with simple stretches, acupuncture and pain management. He told me what to avoid and what to try. He gave me the confidence to get better - this was important as I basically needed help walking into the clinic. I can’t say enough good things about Tyler’s approach and methods to helping you get better. The clinic itself is bright and clean. All the staff are very friendly and make you fee welcome. A professional outlook with a neighborhood feel. I highly recommend Strive!

My experience with Strive Physiotherapy has been nothing but positive. Tyler was very good at assessing my problems and developing a course of treatment. He was willing to listen to me so that we could work together on my treatment. I hope I don't need physio again soon but if I do I will certainly be going back to Strive. A special shout out to Tasha who was always welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Great service and approach from all providers. Great location too! Booking appointments online all by yourself is an awesome plus not offered by many.

Mike is a fantastic physiotherapist. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars! He is an expert at diagnosing your problem and putting together an action plan to treat it. The exercises he assigns are straight-forward and effective. He also explains everything in a clear and effective manner. Three of my family members (myself included) have been his patients over the past couple of years, and we have all had excellent experiences. I would recommend him -- and Strive Physiotherapy in general -- to anyone! The whole team at Strive Physiotherapy is exceptional.
