Screw 30% of my order, been waiting over 3 months to get my stuff because somehow they could not take the mesurements before moldings were installed. I installed my moldings, take my mesurements with the recommended guy (Jack)... The mesurments were OK, but had to pay twice... Try to avoid him if you can... After the guys sends the mesurements, I had to wait 3-4 days which is OK, but got the blinds were cut on the incorrect size, the mesurements were actually good on the order, and most windows are the same length so I don't really know what they are doing... Quality is also OK, some pieces were damage, but definitely not worth 1200$ in my case that's for sure.. I would avoid this place and go somewhere else where they pay better attention to detail.

The service was decent, though somewhat disorganized, but as the experts in their field, they failed to warn me that installing my blinds in a certain way would make it that I can no longer open my windows!! I didn't think of the detail on my own, and just trusted them to know what would be best. Now I have nice blinds on windows that no longer open. Extremely disappointing.
