I don't know.... is it fair to charge double the amount for the same paint if you don't have a CAA card? Is that really right? That's what they did to me. My client had CAA card and there was a problem with the colour that was my fault. The charged me $65 for the gallon with her CAA card. When I re-bought a new gallon it was $130!!!!!! That is just wrong! On top of it there was a big discussion about trying to correct the colour in the first place. The clerk at the desk told me that it was not there "policy" to try and correct a colour. He had to call his supervisor to get permission. I told him it looked like it was an angle to push me into buying another gallon of this very expensive paint! I usually go to smaller retailers for this very reason.... better service.... and when they do try and gouge me I can call them on it. If they can afford to sell the paint for 65$ a gallon they are charging way to much at 135$. I guess that's how they pay for those oversized locations. Definitely the last time I buy at this store/brand unless a client insists.

Great service, Christian was very helpful. They did dramatically overestimate the amount of paint I needed though.
