Tau Market

Very nice place for organic produce. Price is decent for a Canadian store that specializes in organic produce. The selection is also wide. Their selection of health care products has a wide range of vitamins and minerals and creams.

Huge selection for most non perishable goods. Perishable goods are more in demand, and more often than not, they run out. Prices are high, like all other Bio/Health stores. If you can catch a sale, stock up. Great parking too.

I had the pleasure of meeting the representative for Now Essential oils and she pointed to the tau worker when I asked a question about a specific oil. Thank God the Tau lady was nice because the rep was very rude. Tau has a huge selection however most of there staff a not knowledgeable about their products. The prices are high as well.

The fruits and vegetables are not always fresh. The fruits all have at least two sticker tags that are hell to remove. On the positive side there is a good variety of goods and the prepared meals counter has delicious offerings.
