Worked as a cashier here, and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone unless it’s your absolute last option.nThe management is overly controlling—they constantly monitor every little move you make, which creates a tense and unpleasant work environment. There are far too many unnecessary regulations for what is essentially a basic cashier job.nAs for the store itself, the prices are ridiculously high. Customers frequently complained about moldy produce, and I saw it firsthand more than once. The selection is extremely limited, with almost everything imported from the U.S., which makes it even more overpriced and less fresh.nIf you’re looking for better quality and value, stores like Maxi and IGA offer a wider variety, lower prices, and—most importantly—fresh, non-moldy food. I’d strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.

I love the healthy products. 99% are organic and biologique. It's verynclean store and price is reasonable. I use to make my pancakes with Quinoa and Spelt flour from here. They have various type of flour, sugar, whole grains, nuts, herbs and spices. They also have fruits and vegetables. Also, plenty of Food suppliments. They also offer a loyalty card for Free. Every Tuesday, points is doubled2x. Oh, I love the cafétéria, the Kitchen staffs make yummy and healthy food daily.

Overall good but rotten produce often there in their “sales” section. They have their own brand babe but sometimes that’s even more expensive than the actual brand name items.

You guys are misleading people with the Vegan Treats, first off no help and when I finally got some I was told Yeah we mix them together. Shame on you, it only take a couple of minutes to organize and educate your staff.

Great healthy options! It's pretty much a health grocery store! They have everything. A bit pricey but good produce.
