I wish I can rate zero star but I am not allowed. The two women working at the store on Aug 20, 2022 were very rude,unprofessional, and impolite. I was asking whether I can exchange the clothes size bought from another Suzy store. However, they didn’t explain the policy clearly and polite, and they keep asking me the same thing again and agin in a rude way. When I asked their name, they said they are not allowed to tell me their names which is not making any sense! I asked to talk to the manager, they told me manager is on vacation which sounds like just an excuse. There is no any smile during the whole process. I feel they didn’t get a good training and they just destroyed costumer’s shopping experiences. I hope the owner investigate this case carefully and seriously. The store will definitely loss more clients if nothing is done.

Elnaz was very helpful in finding what I was looking for and provided amazing customer service. She even helped getting all possible discounts which was a great bonus. Clothes in the store have a great variety of styles and the prices are reasonable.

I had such wonderful customer service from both Elnaz and Tayana. I went to get a dress for an upcoming staff party and Elnaz was a great help in finding the right size. I noticed that there were some imperfections and asked about a discount. She let me know that I could talk to Tayana and she would let me know if that was possible. When I spoke to Tayana, she let me know that I could have a discount and also if I purchased the prestige card, I would get additional savings. With the card, I was able to get the discount immediately and long term would also get a discount at each purchase. Plus, it was almost the same price that I would have paid without the card. I felt it was a great deal and I certainly enjoyed the kind customer service. I will be back!

I went to WEM and returned a dress that I purchased the day before. The lady at the desk was extremely rude and literally raised her voice at me. I had no issues with getting the gift card in the amount of the dress but she basically belittled me and and cut me off as I was trying to ask a question. After I tried to use the gift card online, the website stated an Error. I went back to Suzy Shier and before I even made it to the desk, the same lady said “I cannot help you” even BEFORE I was able to state why I was there. I will never walk into that store ever again. Worst shopping experience ever and I have been shopping at Suzy for many years.

Maria helped me find the perfect dress! She was so friendly and accommodating to finding the right size and even took the time to watch me try them on. Love this place!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at this place and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Mahsa. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout my experience.

I was shopping for a dress for my daughter recently in Suzy, WEM branch.. l was impressed by Samira, an extremely nice and professional salesperson, smiling, very helpful and made my shopping experience so special… Thank you Samira, your care is greatly appreciated!

A few days ago, I went to Suzy West Edmonton Mall with my friend to buy shoes. A lady named Mahsa helped us a lot with her patience and kindness.

I had such a good experience shopping at La Chateau. The service from Wendy was incredible and I found everything I was looking for and more for a great price.

My friend and I we were looking for dresses in particular long gowns that are not over the $200 mark. Elnaz and Samira were very kind and extremely helpful. I was there a few months ago, where there were these two very unpleasant customers. One of them wanted to return an item. She was so rude to one of the sales associate. The sales associate tried to explain in the nicest calmest way to the very rude unpleasant customer about the return policy for whatever reason they did not understand or they didn’t care. All I can tell you I was one of the witnesses saw the whole thing unfold. It was very unpleasant and I felt extremely sad for the lovely sales associate. However, when I was there yesterday, with my friend, we were extremely happy and satisfied with their very friendly, very professional, caring demeanor. All I can tell you is, this is a very good store if you were looking for something very elegant classy for half the price. Just remember as a customer all you have to do is be kind. And a lot of these a lovely sales associate will help you and will do everything they can to give you fantastic customer service. I know me and my friend that’s exactly what we received , I recommend the store to a lot of people who want beautiful, elegant, long gowns that are fraction of the price. I strongly recommend the store and especially the two ladies I have mentioned above.
