Was in the mall doing some window shopping and couldn't help.but fo some actual shopping here at Bluenotes. First off SALE...BUY 1 GET 2 FREE! On Jean's and Plaid Shirts, it's just too good to pass up on. Same with Accessories. For alittle over 60 bucks I got 2 pairs of Jeans, A shirt, the cutest winter hat, mitts and a winter scarf. Had I thought of it, or been Christmas shopping that's a pretty spectacular haul! Lots of other sales and savers there. And for me - throw back styles I didn't have to try on because my fav styles of jeans in Jr High and High School are back on the rack. I have to mention the young lady and the gentlemen working in the store as well. While young what a great customer service experience. Helpful, attentive, pleasant well mannered store staff who never seemed to stop moving. They chit chatted and kept stocking, folding or busy when ever they weren't attending to customers. Impressive group of young people. Love my Jean's and my cute new hat!! Go check it out, ...so worth it!!
I bought a couple of t-shirts, after the first time wearing them - ripped off. I came to wem to change it - google says open from 10 am - doors are closed and the manager “no no no, sorry, 11 o'clock”. Not recommended. Quality- poor, customer service - even worse. Zero stars
Thanks to the two ladies who helped me and my boyfriend to find the right size in the backroom. They were really accomodating and helpful. I wish I knew their names because they both deserve a shoutout. They were the one who closed the store as this was around 8:45pm on April 20, 2022. Thanks ladies, you both rock!
Got a great pair of sweat pants for a super low price. Fun place to shop. their direct marketing can be a bit aggressive for my tastes so be careful giving them your phone number unless you really like getting a lot of marketing material texted to your phone.
Walked in and was immediately greeted & asked if we needed any help looking. Browsed around not much to it, until it came time to check out. Andrea was the one who helped me and I was beyond impressed! I felt appreciated as a customer and she did everything possible to accommodate any needs I had or questions I asked. Don’t shop here much but will definitely be open to coming in due to the amazing customer service received by Andrea! Hope she gets acknowledged!
You can get a new wardrobe for the same price as buying two rounds of drinks for your coworkers. But the employees aren't paid enough to care, and I can't help but feel for the 17 year old making these clothes for $5 a day in Sri Lanka. I dont shop here unless absolutely necessary, and neither should you.
Awful experience. Had to wait nearly 5 minutes to get service at the change rooms despite 2 employees watching me walk back to the change room area and seeing me waiting. Then wasn't even acknowledged by the cashier who was ringing me through because her conversation with the other employee was more important, I believe her name was Kelly. Gotta step up your customer service as this is the usual treatment whenever I choose to shop there.
Clothes looked decent but one employee was unprofessionally talking to other employees. It was tacky. Especially since she was older and should know better.

I love the clothes they have here but the customer service in this location is horrible. The checkout system was also very slow.. even though they had many employees walking around talking to each other.
