Langara Garden Apartments

Nice place to live for the price, and the staff are extremely nice. I had read in other reviews people had issues regarding return of damage deposit after moving out and that turned out to be the case for me as well. While I do not believe the apartment was left in perfect condition it certainly did not require cleaning to the extent of what they asked of me, especially not so much as to require extra money on top of the damage deposit.

I live here for a 2 years, good place close to everything nicely maintained, rules are a bit strict, also they cheap a lot on replacing not working stuff and can’t have ppl for bday party but overall good place

Wonderful complex, great pool, we enjoy visiting our friends there occasionally, nice and quiet and great location, if we sold our place and needed somewhere to rent we’d definitely try to get in there

Racist and they 100% discriminate on applications I made a mistake of applying to a unite on this building, i submitted my application completely filled, i attached my bank statements which had more than enough fund to cover an entire year of rent, i submitted 10 years of references of the landlord and 5 days later , I got a call that my application was not approved. There is absolutely no reason to disapprove my application, not a drug user, not a drinker, not a smoker, not a criminal, not unemployed, just a complete BS. I have since learned from other people that they had the same experience and this place should be investigated. Please share your experiences as this bs need to stop in vancouver

Nice complex to live in. Quiet, nice gardens and great pools. Older units could use better WiFi.

Have lived here for several years. Well maintained, nice grounds. Large complex dating back to the 60s. Pools both indoor and outdoors, gym, library. Small strip mall on site, dentist, restaurant, drugstore, post office, insurance broker and others. Royal bank just left. 4 high rise towers and many 2 level buildings. A few town houses. 2 storey places slated to be torn down and replaced by towers. Underground parking and street parking. Prices good for Vancouver. On site security in evenings.

Beautiful place if you're on the upper floors. Management is terrible to deal with! The man looks mean. A company who tries to get as much money as they can from you. They pinched our damage deposit away for wear and tear items. Minor scratches on the table top and charged $350 to replace it. Other than the property managers here, it's a good place to live!

A very comfortable place to live with a fantastic operating management team. Swimming pools. Park like grounds. Security monitored at night. Things get fixed promptly when you put in a requisition. Owners are professionals who care about their reputation.

This is a well maintained apartment building, price is moderate, and always full, as far as I know. There's indoor swimming pool and gym. Good location, walking distance to nearest train station 10-12min. 2.3km from Oakridge centre. Not much dinning area in the area, no grocery store, some hair boutiqes. There's a small post office in drugstore below.
