Apt Living

I had a great time at APT. Jacob is an amazing manager, he cares about tenants and all the staff are friendly and keep the APT very clean. I was so sad when I wanted to leave the apartment. The rooms are the right size for one person and my neighbors were quiet. Thanks you Jacob for keeping APT so nice.

Had a great experience living here after I migrated to Vancouver from Ontario. Jason the apartment manager is awesome and is dedicated to keeping the building a clean and fun place to live for everyone. There is a sense of community here that you won’t find in other buildings.

Really noisy, young neighbours. Not as private as one would hope for with a bachelor suite. Things broke down a lot. The landlord is nice and helpful but I need less invasive tenants.

Absolutely singular building. I've never seen a building that had such a variety of unique common spaces for tenants. Building management is super friendly too. 10/10 would do again

I appreciate how the building manager Jason and his support staff handle issues that arise with professionalism and ease.

Very friendly place to live. It is very close to everything at the same time away from busy downtown. Friendly staff always helpful.
