I visited a friend here and it looks like a great building. The bonus is that they have AC!

Horrible people who don’t care at all. Just did the inspection and they are just not humans. There is a lot of good places in Vancouver where you can deal with humans.  Honestly don’t rent from them.

Management is a joke, never been treated so poorly,  the staff are ex Moxie's waitresses who got to old to cut it and wanted to feel grown up, renter BEWARE
