I really enjoyed living in this building. It is an older building but I found it well-maintained. It's not the fanciest/highest tech e.g., you need a landline phone plugged in for the buzzer, but it had everything I needed. They gut the old apartments when tenants move out and renovate them, so I had all new flooring, kitchen with dishwasher!, and bathroom when I moved in. The building was generally pretty quiet and the other tenants were generally respectful and lovely. I loved the heated pool and the grassy area to sit in. The pool had sun some of the day and shade some of the day so you can time your swims to your preference. There is also a small gym with equipment. Laundry is cards which is nicer than coins. I never had any issues with people taking packages or anything like that. The location is awesome. It's close to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches. I never felt unsafe in the neighbourhood. If I had a non-emergency issue with my apartment e.g., drain working slowly they had somebody fix it within a few days. I never had a time-sensitive issue so I can't speak to timeliness for emergencies. I have a cat and I didn't have any problems with getting my deposit back when I moved out. Rodica the building manager was helpful during the move-out process. She was respectful of my schedule when setting up viewings for new tenants and allowed me to leave some items in the apartment when I left that I was selling to the new tenant, which I appreciated.

Building manager is super friendly, but more importantly on top of any requests or issues. Community inside the building has no comparison. I knew all my neighbours, everyone super friendly and so very kind. Location, layout, amenities, couldn't be beat. If I didn't get a job out of the city, I'd still be living there. Love this place.

Well taken care of building, but im unhappy with the sudden charge for storage lockers. My rent was increased after one year, of course, now ontop of that I have to pay another $25/month for a locker. It's a round about way to increase your rent again. If I knew they would do that I never would have moved in. Just lining their pockets well the rest of us struggle to pay rent. Be prepared to pay and pay if u move in. They elevators are always having issues, leading to waits. The intercom at the front is ghetto and often doesn't work. Break-ins happen to the storage lockers that we pay for. The parade u have to get out of your car and stick a key I the wall to open the gate. There is an outdoor pool, but its always in the shade. You can be on your balcony after 11 or your neighbour's can hear you. It's a great location if u want to live downtown. The tennates in the building are lovely. The laundry is card and not coin loaded. Clean building.

Lived here for many years I have always found the building, well-maintained, and the staff and manager, professional, courteous, and quick to help out with anything we need.

Loved living here. Building manager was super nice and helpful! It‘s an old building, but well maintained. Overall it‘s a great apartment!
