Lalibela Restaurant

Food is great, I mean really, really good, however servers can use some personal skills. We went there and we were seated beside complete strangers. They looked shocked as much as we were that we were now sitting at their table and in their personal space. We had to whisper to make our conversation private from our new table mates. Servers don't even ask how are you doing or try to make small talk. It feels like they just want you in and out as fast as you sit down. However they all say "bye" when you head to the door.

The best traditional restaurant in the city!!! We absolutely love thier food ,the owners are super friendly they took good care of us and our friends we travel from north Vancouver to eat thier food and we often visit the restaurant I highly recommend this !!!!

Great food! Good service. I prefer the buffet because the wait time on your order casn be a bit long sometimes.

For the satisfaction of a delicious plate of vegetarian selections of Ethiopian food the Lalibela is cozy and offers some nice honey wine as well!
