Service is generally slow at this location, but usually there are some very nice polite staff. The food always tastes good though, and they often have enough of everything to serve up whatever your order particulars are - I always only want all dark meat for example, half original, half spicy. Never a problem.

Today I was kept waiting for 25min when they said they need 15 min. That’s fine, I asked for spicy, they gave me original, if I found out before I arrive home, this won’t end. They squeezed all 8 pics chicken into a box, not a bucket . I asked them to change, cz I know they won’t be able to put 8 pics spicy chicken into a single box. Surprise! I ORDERED SPICY BUT THEY GAVE ME ORIGINAL. EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE! THIS IS HORRIBLE. I would give 0 stars if i can.

The food is usually pretty good but the services is brutally slow and you always have to check your order yourself. Out of about 20 times here I've had to come back in 3 times to get something. Twice it was fries...how do you miss fries? Took me 10 minutes to have my order taken and I was waiting 18 minutes to get a simple bucket meal. Then after waiting all that time one of the girls asks if she can help me... They thought they had already completed that order. Definitely not going back. When I got home and tried to eat the chicken was disgusting. Completely soaked in oil. To top it off the whole 14 piece bucket is drumsticks and thighs. So ate the fries and gravy and threw the chicken in the trash. Total waste of time and money.

Food was warm and appealing but..., Location charges for ketchup and mayo, only gives dipping sauces for free which is very odd... oh well had some ketchup in the fridge at home, just was odd to here a huge chain charge for ketchup??? Since when KFC?

Very busy at lunch time being near school. Staff keeps area clean, are very quick & polite. When using delivery it is fast & still hot.
