I went in to get my pizza and they hadn’t even started making I sat for 30 mins and they still hadn’t started my pizza. The oriental gentleman working was very rude and said I had no genitals. Do not go here they are trash. Rudest service I’ve ever gotten.

Ordered through just eat by a friend of mine for beer and pizza night was told an hour. Not expecting that long a wait but understanding how volumes might fluctuate waited the hour. And hour and ten in told they don't have salmai. like what pizza place runs out of that but calls more than an hour later to let you know. For arrived 40 minutes late dispite being told 10 minutes later by the rep on the phone. Horrible service not the first time I've experienced this from Papa John's and if I were ordering it never would have been from this place. Bette quality better prices and better customer service from almost any pizza place around me.

Always good pizza but I'm only giving two stars because this location didn't honour the Premier Savings coupon, even though it's listed as one of the participating locations. 😡😡😡

It my favorite pizza in New West. I would prefer my favorite to not be a chain, but we have tried most of the other options over the years and keep going back to Papa Johns. Consistent quality, an friendly service. If there are any issues, they are great to deal with. I like the points you get that add up to free pizza's etc.
