White Spot

When meeting a friend for a happy lunch, we frequently favour this White Spot at the Royal City Center Mall. Conveniently placed, with plenty of parking, it has cozy seating, good service, and a vast array of comfort food, incl bottomless fries!! The Spot leaves you alone to enjoy your meal in peace and chat for hours, if you want. Clean, comfy, and cozy, it's a favourite Spot to eat!

The best kids friendly solid restaurant in New West. Classical menu. Always friendly stuff that goes above and beyond. Good beer from Granville Island on tap (I'd wish they add IPA and I'll be completely happy). Always there's a place to seat and pretty good happy hour though some variety wouldn't hurt. Highly recommended as the best value for your money in New West as well. Don't bother reading negative reviews this place is really cool! Kudos to management because I'm aware this is a chain restaurant.

This White Spot location is hit and miss. This time was a hit due in large part to the server, Donna. She's always friendly and efficient. We don't go in too often but she remembers our preferences. Today we had the Southwest Hash with scrambled eggs and Portobello Mushroom Burger. She brought the wrong eggs but she quickly corrected it. She kept our coffees topped up and processed our payment quickly when we were ready to leave. Donna is a huge benefit to this location.

Really love this white spot, we’ve been going to it for years. Made an online order today and got home and the wrong order was in the bag, I called the restaurant and they were really great about rectifying the mistake. Manager was really nice about the whole thing!
