Lakeside Camp Park

Great campsite.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were very clean and so was the camp grounds. The only negative that I can think of is it’s close to the highway but even with that it still was a great stay. There is free wi-Fi, full hook up option, and the cost to stay per night was very reasonable. We will be back.

For a campground near a major hwy, it's hard to give this one less than 5 stars. CLEAN bathrooms. Friendly and helpful service. I probably had the smallest campsite on the property but it is not a national park... it is what it is and it exceeded our expectations!

Some of camp sites were pretty small. Bathrooms very clean. Staff were nice. Fire pits were right on top of the next camp site. Felt really bad about having a fire. "Beach" if you want to call it that, was horrible and water had a weird smell to it. Nice place to camp, but not for swimming.

Our 14u baseball team had a tournament in Grand Rapids. Most of the team stayed here and it worked out perfect. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They allowed us a late checkout on Sunday which was a huge help with our tournament schedule. Kids had a great time. We plan on coming back in late July.

Cannot say enough good things about our camping visit. Our campsite was perfect and staff were great. Xway noise was not as bad as we thought. Campground is kid friendly! Will be back!
